Yayyy!!! :D :D Did you hear about Iowa?

Also, last night, I went to Stonewall which was a theatre production put on about the gay movement in the late 60's I believe, and the riot which it's named after. It was so wicked cool. It was more like a museum than a play because you were among the actors, and it was choreographed and put together so amazingly. Like people would stand up and speak monologues, and sometimes two or more different things were going on at the same time, and they had a mock group therapy session, and so many other fucking incredible things. Needless to say, I was impressed. So friggin cool. XD

You commented on my post about Iowa XD

That sounds really awesome! We had a Stonewall-themed queer prom here last week. I couldn't go, though, and I'm not sure what was Stonewall about it besides my friend Anna dressing up as a sexy police officer... XD;;

And apparently Prop 8 is still to be decided by the courts in California... No idea how likely it is to be overturned, but I hadn't realized it was still contested.

Seriously, what the fuck, California. How is Iowa ahead of them?

The thing about banning gay marriage is that once they overturn it, it becomes legal, whether there were any preexisting laws or not.
