Haircut and weekend away :D
I got my hair cut today. It was really only a trim, except that I asked for it to be angled up a little in the front, like I used to have it a while ago. She did it a little more than I expected, but I think it'll look good. I can't really tell at the moment, though, because I also got it curled for my senior picture (which was this afternoon). I think the curls worked out well...it made me kind of wish I'd gotten my hair done like that for prom instead of trying to do it myself XD;

Yesterday I picked Kit up from school and she decorated cookies. XD We had fun with that. Then Sempai came over, and we had some VERY interesting elephant games...

Tomorrow I leave to go to Massachusetts for the weekend, though! I'm excited--my first visit to the cottage since last year. I have to visit some colleges while I'm up there, though...

See everyone when I get back! (I'm coming home Monday, hopefully in time for dance.)

Hey I got my hair cut too! That's exciting, even though mine pretty much looks exactly the same as before. The woman doing it looked at my hair and said "Wow, you really needed a haircut!"

The elephant games sound a bit questionable... but have fun in Massachusetts! :D

I need to get my hair cut too, but I'm waiting until I know when my senior pictures are to get it done then. Although, I'm most likely just going to get it dyed (again) and trimmed a bit. Yay. I love Massacgusettes, and it's wonderful this time of year. Where abouts are you going to be? I hope you have fun and I shall talk to you later.

Well, our cottage is on a lake in the town of Goshen, which I believe is part of what's know as the hill towns or hidden hills area. But we spent a lot of time in Northampton, where my aunt was having a celebration for her poetry press.

Gah! You guys have a cottage? ...Lucky... Very cool - I've never been to Northampton or Goshen (all my travling is confined to where I have some sort of family) but I hear that it's lovely. I hope you have fun on your travels. I'm not taking any trips this year sadly, as I have spent all of my summer funds on chem. class. (Yay for chem.) See you later.

Yeah, my parents bought it last year. It's really just a falling-down shack, but the location is amazing. My aunt is the one who originally convinced us to get it, since she lives near Northampton, which is fairly close to the cottage, and she wanted to be able to swim in the lake XD

I hope you enjoy your summer even if you're not going anywhere! Relaxation is key ^^
